NetLaw has developed an extensive marketing platform that uses data from the estate planning process and vault to identify important needs through marketing questions (concerning life insurance, long-term care insurance, retirement planning, and more). What developed was a “data-driven, permission-based” marketing system. The data, while not shared with anyone, is used to generate “marketing questions” to the consumer that times to certain life events or financial and personal profiles. Responses to the marketing questions enable our partners to provide more products and services. Currently, almost 50% of our customers answer “yes” to one or more of our marketing questions.
